Greetings!

 We are pleased to announce the Asian Debate Institute Summer 2009.  The ADI is now in its sixth year and since 2004 has educated hundreds of high school and university students in the art of persuasion and debate.

The workshop will be hosted on the campus of Chung Ang University, in Seoul, Korea from July 12-20, 2009. This year the workshop will conclude with a competition that is open to students who do not elect to participate in the workshop.  

We are excited that we will be able to offer faculty from around the world who collectively have over 100 years of experience in debate as students, adjudicators and professional coaches. 

The ADI is an intensive debate experience.  Each morning will feature two sets of lectures by our outstanding faculty.  The afternoon of each day will be spent doing critiqued practice debates, and activities to improve public speaking and critical thinking skills.  A typical day will start at 9:30 am and end at 7 pm.
